1. How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the T-shirt you want, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Then, proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is complete, we’ll take care of the rest!


2. What sizes do your T-shirts come in?

Our T-shirts come in a range of sizes, from S to XXL, to ensure a great fit for everyone. Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed measurements to help you select the perfect size.


3. What materials are your T-shirts made from?

We use high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics to ensure softness, comfort, and durability. Our T-shirts are designed to be breathable, cozy, and perfect for everyday wear.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and delivery time depends on your location:

  • US orders: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • International orders: Delivery may take 7-14 business days depending on your country.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey!


5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are focusing on Canada, and the USA. And will expand in the future when we believe it is time to do so.


6. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Since we print and prepare your T-shirt on-demand, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.


7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re sorry if there’s an issue with your order! If your T-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please email us at Knotsoserious.kss@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order details.


8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As our T-shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to ensure you choose the right fit!


9. How do I care for my T-shirt to keep it looking great?

To keep your T-shirt in top condition:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors.
  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the design to preserve the print.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.


11. Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards, but we're always working on new features. Stay tuned for future updates!
